2015 Reunion celebrated the 90th Anniversary of BBM!
We had a great day on Sunday 18th October at Calmsley Hill City Farm as we celebrated the 90th Anniversary of BBM as an organisation and had the 2015 BBM Reunion. The day consisted of over 120 including over 40 Little Brothers and accompanying family members, sharing their stories and life experiences with each other.
Jim Reardon is one Little Brother who kindly sent in a quick write up of the day that you can Read Here.
The photos will be uploaded to the website shortly so we will keep you posted.
Thank you everyone who came for making it such a great day and now we look forward to this years BBM Youth Support Awards Night. If you have any comments or photos from the day please feel free to send them in.
“The day was both a very pleasant and interesting experience. I found I was the youngest for the first time in many years; I only arrived in 1972, a mere 43 years ago. Talking with the other Little Brothers made me realise the need to find out more about our experiences before they are lost. I was very impressed with the camaraderie and numbers of those who came out by ship and the lack of those who came by air. Lets hope I am not the youngest at the next Reunion.” – Christopher Blakeway
