Marco Colli – Chair
Marco brings to BBM his extensive corporate experience and qualifications in business and engineering. He is inspired by the alignment between a personal passion to help people develop to their full potential and BBM’s vision and purpose. He is an experienced career mentor and leader, volunteering in various roles including as Chair of another for-purpose organisation.
Marco joined the BBM Youth Support Board in 2021.
Nathan Gore-Brown
Nathan received a BBM Trade Scholarship in 2001 and looks back on this experience as a cornerstone of his career in the automotive industry. Sustainability, innovation and leadership are the concepts that drive Nathan in his career and he brings sound business and team building skills to the Board.
Nathan joined the BBM Youth Support Board in 2019.
Eric Haines – Director, Treasurer
Eric migrated to Australia under the BBM migration assistance scheme in 1974. He studied at UNSW to earn a Commerce Degree and progressed to becoming a Fellow of Chartered Accountants in Australia. He has assisted small business and individuals with tax, superannuation and financial planning for over 30 years.
Eric is a Registered Tax Agent, Registered Company Auditor, Registered SMSF Auditor, Authorised Representative of Count Financial Ltd & a Justice of the Peace.
Mary Ramsay – Director
Mary has 25 + years’ experience in financial services, digital transformation, strategy, marketing, innovation, and commercialisation. She delighted to play an important role in supporting young people obtain the necessary skills and experience to become the leaders of tomorrow and showcase Australia’s critical capabilities in innovation and sustainability.
Mary joined the Board in 2021.
Dorothy (Dot) Pawlukowski – Director
Dorothy is an experienced independent and executive director and over 15 years experience as a senior manager and solicitor in banking and finance, both in Australia and the UK. Dot applied to join the BBM Board as she is passionate about investment in the education and development of young people. She is inspired by BBM’s objective to develop young leaders and custodians of a sustainable planet and future.
Dot joined the Board in 2021.
Christine Polson – Director
A forward thinking and high energy Chief People Officer, Christine is a dedicated, communicative, and empathetic leader who thrives on building businesses through a people first approach.

Daniel Dal Bon – Director
Daniel received a Trade Scholarship in Metal Manufacturing in 1996. Since then he has built a progressive career spanning 15+ years as an Executive Manager in corporate Employee Relations & Industrial Relations (ER/IR) management.
Daniel joined the Board in 2023.
