BBM Youth Support on board for an exciting World Record Attempt!
At BBM Youth Support one of our aims is to inspire young people to achieve their best. That is why we are supporting Ryan Campbell.
Ryan has had a passion for flying since he was a young child. On his 15th birthday he was the youngest Australian to fly solo. He obtained his private pilot’s licence at 17 and his commercial licence at 19.
On Sunday 30th June 2013 Ryan set off from Wollongong airport to take on an amazing challenge. He is attempting to fly solo around the world in 70 days and in doing so become the world’s youngest pilot to achieve this feat! He has assembled a very professional aviation team to mentor him along the way, including Dick Smith http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=hCUjzEjGYGE
One of his primary objectives is to inspire other young people to “Dare to Dream”. We want Ryan’s story to be shared across our large network to help inspire other young people. Their backgrounds and aspirations may be different to Ryan’s, but his journey to realise his dream is a universal story.
We invite you to join us as we follow Ryan’s incredible journey through his website at www.teenworldflight.comTwitter feed @teenworldflight or Teen World Flight Facebook page. There are sure to be many inspiring tales and images along the way. We look forward to sharing Ryan’s story with the extended BBM Youth Support network over the next 70 days and beyond!
Why not send Ryan a message of support or Tweet your friends and include the #bbmyouthsupport.
