Meet Hayley Waterhouse

With careers goals of living and working with some of the best internationally acclaimed pastry chefs, Hayley Waterhouse is an eager and passionate young adult entering the field.
“One thing I know is that I want to learn as much as I can from anyone who is willing to teach me.”
Hayley is a current apprentice with a dream to work in a well-renowned pastry kitchen in London.
One of the many kitchens Hayley admires is The Dominique Ansel Bakery London. Hayley explains that “learning from the amazing chef Ansel would be a major milestone.”
Hayley believes in the emotional connections chefs can deliver to their guests through their creativity and food.
Coming home from her trip to the UK she plans to “share my knowledge with people who are also interested in learning the different ways of the baking industry around the world.”
We are excited to see the opportunities that lie ahead for Hayley during her trip by the BBM Youth Awards.
