I am studying viola at the Sydney Conservatorium under Roger Benedict. I am also a Sydney Symphony Fellow and work with the Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra Symphony Orchestras and Opera Australia Orchestra. I hope to win a permanent position in a professional orchestra. I would like to pursue chamber music and solo performance, allowing me to discover and share a wider range of music in a greater variety of contexts. I also plan to find continued enjoyment in teaching violin and viola.

The BBM award allows me to participate in European masterclasses, festivals and private lessons. This is essential to the development of my musicianship and will open doors for postgraduate study.
